Christmas Carol
Christmas Carol was born here - December 28, 2005.
She was / is my pick puppy from the lovely litter produced when we bred Justine with Jasper.
What a Fantastic 'first litter' of Cavaliers they gave me!

Carol is a beautiful, sweet, loving girl.   Carol has won points towards her AKC championship,
but she really does not like the show ring - she much prefers 'home duties' -
and she is proving herself in the whelping box in style!

Carol has now produced two very nice litters for me during her 'break from showing'.
This winter and next spring we will be working with her to see if we can get her
to be happy in the show ring.
She is So Lovely, it would be nice to have her earn the Ch she deserves
She has the conformation for it - now to work on the attitude!

WOO  WOO!  We are home from a Great weekend in Hickory, NC
Donna Lindsey had fun handling Carol for me (while I handled Rocket)
Miss Christmas Carol is now a UKC Champion!
There was another owner with two blenheim Cavaliers there, so we met
a new friend as well as had fun competing and winning her title!

Miss Carol and Rocket showed in Fishersville, VA today (June 7)
They both had Fun in the ring & did well
Carol won her class, won Winners Bitch, and went on
to win Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed
The BOB dog was a Lovely Ruby boy
And now Carol has 2 more points towards her AKC Championship

I plan on breeding Carol again in the Fall of 2008, but not before

It is March in the mountains of Virginia - and the day I took these, it was rather wet out.   But Spring is in the air.

In these candid shots, Christmas Carol is checking things out around the little fish pond in the back yard.

The puppies are weaned - Carol still loves playing with them, but her 'mothering duties' are over.  Her coat is growing back in, but it is still pretty short.  Hopefully she will be fully recovered and have her full, beautiful coat back before much longer.

Carol is a Super mother - here she is snuggling with her 3 day old Pancho babies

When the babies got older & more active,
they got moved to larger quarters.
Carol wasn't sure about the move & put herself in a position to
'stand guard' while they slept
